Transporter 3

The holidays is a good time for catching up on your movies/tv shows etc. And I've been doing exactly that. Over the past couple of days I've probably watched more movies than I should be but ehh .. who's gonna stop me? Yeah. That's what I thought.

ANYWHO, yesterday I watched Dracula and Interview With the Vampire with Aida and Janette. Before that I watched even more movies from Australia (5/5) to Forgetting Sarah Marshal (Russell Brand LOL) But today's movie is Transporter 3. Those of you at school will probably remember me bugging Simon about it last term. He gave the movie to me and I wasn't able to really watch it until today.

So here's my thoughts on Transporter 3.

Okay, so I thought Transporter 3 was a really good movie. Everyone needs to watch an action movie every once in a while. Who could resist car chases, fight scenes and gun battles? Awesome stuff and you know it. Transporter 3 had all that and yet, so much more.

Basically it was about a guy who is a transporter, he gets things from one place to another. 100% success rate. He is given, unwillingly, this mission where he has to transport something all over Europe, following the directions of the guy who put him in that situation. One more thing, he cannot go very far from his car or a bracelet on his wrist will blow them up. Tricky situation huh?

The leading man, Jason Statham had all you could ask for in an action hero. Husky voice thing, martial arts skills, looks good in a suit and a few extras. Correct me if I'm wrong, but there's something special about a man that can knock someone out with his suit jacket.

Then his tie.

Then his shirt.

Ehehehehe, if you get what I mean ;)
Unfortunately thats all he got up to. I don't know, maybe there was a shortage of people that the evil guy (Robert Knepper aka T-bag from prison break) had, so he didn't send enough. Or maybe Jason Statham was just too skilled.

And another thing I liked was that it was funny too. The soundtrack was awesome, went well with the scenes and made it more special. Favourite bit? Probably the one in the garage ;

So yeah, those were my thoughts on Transorter 3. If you watch it, tell me and we can discuss :)

are you serious? i thought that was pretty straightforward ..

well he wears a suit on the job but then in one of the scenes he uses it to fight these guys who are attacking him.
