This Will Be the Death of Me

Guys, here we go. Something has happened. Something big. It will literally change your life. But not as much as it will change mine.

Today, sighhhh how do I say this? Today I got Wi-Fi. Ahh it feels good to finaly say that out loud. ( Dexter reference in there hehe, I had to) Yes, it has happened. Wi Fi in my house. And if you must know, I am actually typing up this post with my Ipod using said Wi Fi. 'Tis a gift and a curse.

See, on the one hand I can do so much more! I can go online whenever I want to, check my emails, browse Youtube, tweet in realtime, read the IMDB message boards for as long as I can, Facebook at the press of an icon, Skype (for some reason), download apps (holy shit I'm actually getting really excited about this as we speak), the possibilities are ENDLESS!

But wih great power comes great responsibility. Even if I have all the opportunities right in front of me, I can't just take them all as I please. Restraint is the key. I still have schoolwork to tend to (unfortunately), family to interact wih, meals to devour, rooms to clean, pizza to pick up, music to make. What I'm trying to say is ... life goes on and I can't neglect it.

I'm not saying I won't TRY to ignore the duties of the outside world lol. I'll most probably end up procrastinating on the Wi Fi many a times. This is just a reminder for me to STOP and get on wih life.

So yeah. That's my philosophical rambling for the day. Has this opened your eyes, made ou take a good look at your own life? Maybe it was the push that you needed to improve yourself. If it was, then you're welcome. I'm Allison Edejer.
